EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NEW DIRECTORS AND NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the formal election of new Directors will occur at the GENERAL MEETING of Y Cross Cas-lai Community Benefit Society at;
Mathry Community Hall, Mathry, Haverfordwest, SA62 5HD on 27th February 2024 at 7pm.
In order to ensure continued success in achievement of our mission and objectives as a Society, and particularly to address the following requests of Members: –
- To maintain and invigorate the Society, spread optimism and positivity, maintain a vibrant learning and sharing team culture – all aligned to the mission,
- To inject fresh perspectives and to create balance in thinking and decision making,
- Open up discussion on development matters to ensure the widest possible views of the whole community are taken into consideration and every voice is heard,
- Spread the good news as wide as possible, we warmly invite all Members to consider putting themselves forward for election as a Director of the Society by means of completing this expression of interest form.
Our intent is to appoint at least 5 new Directors to augment the existing Board of Directors at this General Meeting and we invite your expression of interest to serve on the Board. We should also like to appoint new Committee Members to augment the existing volunteer group and invite your expression of interest to serve on the Committee.
Please use this form to express your interest and return it to secretary@ycrossinn.cymru at least 48 hours before the meeting.
Expressions of interest will be read aloud at the meeting and Members shall be invited to vote by a show of hands in support and any show of hands against election of Members expressing an interest. A majority vote will pass. There will be no casting votes.
